Starlet Light Privacy Notice

This notice describes the information handled by the current StarletLight.com website, Starlet QR Revenue Network, and project-support forms.

Information you submit

When you request pricing, product support, specification assistance, a property review, or other project help, Starlet may collect the contact, company, role, project, product, property, and message information you enter. If a form accepts a supporting photo or PDF, the file is stored in a protected website directory for authorized administrative review.

QR campaign attribution

A Starlet QR link may record the campaign ID, physical placement, scan time, device category, referrer host when available, landing activity, CTA activity, form start, and completed-request reference. A short-lived first-party attribution token connects the scan to later activity. Reporting uses a salted session hash instead of a directly readable visitor identifier.

Security and abuse prevention

The website may temporarily process a network address to rate-limit abusive traffic. Ordinary campaign reports do not retain or display complete IP addresses. Suspected automated scans may be classified separately from human scans.

How information is used

Starlet uses submitted and attributed information to respond to requests, route leads, provide product or technical documents, coordinate project support, measure campaign effectiveness, improve customer service, and maintain security and diagnostic records.

Communication preferences

Submitting a project, quote, or support request authorizes contact about that transaction. It does not automatically enroll you in optional marketing. Where optional marketing-email or text-message choices appear, they are separate and are not preselected.

Retention and access

Campaign event retention is managed by Starlet’s website settings and is configured for a limited reporting period. Project requests, opportunity records, and supporting files may be retained longer when needed to serve the project, maintain business records, or provide warranty and post-sale support. Access is limited to authorized website administrators and Starlet personnel who handle the request.

Service providers and email delivery

Website hosting, WordPress, and email infrastructure process information as needed to operate the site and deliver request notifications. Starlet does not use an external QR-generation or public URL-shortening service for the Starlet QR Revenue Network.
